I have a Airtel postpaid SIM and I am using 499 plan in which they are providing Unlimited Calling, 13 GB Data and 3000 SMS. But without intimating me they changed the plan and added a extra data changes, saying this is 1GB caping charges. They did not inform me about this and now they attached it to my bill reaching it 1179 in 499 plan.
They are not willing to remove that extra amount added to my bill. They are just sucking the hard earned income from their consumers with these hidden feature without intimating to their consumers otherwise I will not take that plan from them. Please provide the justice in this matter. I am attaching my bill came this month. Please help in this matter.
