I had ported my mobile number from Reliance Communication to Airtel and it got activated on 11-Nov-2017 – a week back. Since then I am not getting any incoming calls and incoming SMS.
I am calling Airtel customer care phone number daily and no one has bothered to fix this problem. I have been calling them 7- 8 times a day and they gave me various troubleshooting tips which are of no use.
After a lot of persistence from me, finally they raised a complaint on 15-Nov (SR81107736). Till then, they did not even bother to raise a complaint, such lack of customer sensitivity. As per this complaint number, it will take another 72 hours ( 19-Nov) to fix it. I am not even sure whether it will get fixed by that time.
I have already lost 6 days of important calls due to this and AIrtel customer care team is not even bothered about this, it is as if they do not care. It is going to be 10 days of loss for me, in total.
