Airtel DTH not attending to complaints

My Airtel DTH is not working from last 3 days. I call customer care they write my complaint. I insisted on speaking to a senior executive and than he put me on hold for 10 mins. Till now no one has come and customer service is not responding. I am very disappointed from Airtel customer care if you are not resolving my problems then I switch my both connection and not recharge in future. I have contact them many times. I am waiting from three days .
Request you kindly look in this matter and resolved my problems.
