I am Saurav Bansal, an airtel broadband customer, Account no 15180202, Fixed line no 07xxxxxxx0, has discontinued Airtel services due to unavailability of broadband cable (at the present address). I paid all my Airtel bills as per customer care executive instruction. But day before yesterday I received again the bill of Rs 82. Please have a look after the matter. I do have CSE recordings in which they have promised me for no further bill generation.
