Sir, I took a Bharti Airtel broadband connection on 10 May, 2018 by making payments for 6 months. But the phone is not working since 18-08-2018. I have lodged a complaint but there is no response from the company. I have called all the provided numbers but there is no response. Neither they are giving the number of their Head and I am required to call them 5 to 6 times on a daily basis. This is causing mental harassment. Please take some action
