I had raised a disconnection request for my Airtel 4G dongle connection 97xxxxxxx2. It has been approximately 2 months now and Airtel hasn’t completed the disconnection process. In this duration, I have called Airtel customer care multiple times and every time I was assured that the disconnection will happen, but it didn’t.
I have 2 major problems with this:
1. They continue to generate bills for the number and keep calling me everyday asking when I can pay the bill.
2. They also keep calling everyday asking for the reason of disconnection, even though I have provided the reason multiple times already.
All these calls are hampering my work. Most of the times I’m in the middle of work or meetings and they are causing a lot of harassment.
