I am using airtel prepaid connection. This month om the evening of 10thdec 2017 my net speed has been throttled down to 1-5k|s at my 3g internet pack. I have recharged it few day ago n i have almoat 20-25 days validity left. Currently not even single website opening, I have talked with customer care on 10th dec they told me problem will be reaolved by 14th.
Again i talked on 11th n 15 th dec 2017 they again told me same thing it will be reaolved in future n u will be inforned then i asked them to let me talk with manager he didnt have the knowledge of why this problem i m facing, nor he knows when it will be resolved. I send an email to nodal officer delhi ncr airtel regarding my problem till date i didnt got the reply. Again today in evening i have talked to customer service executive n manager there Again i got a future date bt didnt got the info why i m facing the problem.
Sir we are cuatomers and airtrl dont pay proper attention to resolve problems of cuatomer. I have recharged my internet pack for 28 days i have used only 2-3 days and since then my internet speed has been throtled to so low speed that i even cant open a google on my phone while the daily limit is 2gb data at full speed.
I want my intrrnet speed sholud have been at that level which it was promissed and bharti airtel should compensate for all those days which i was not able to use internet beacuse of their incompetence and ignorance. Proper action should be taken against all those people who have not done their duty properly. Here is details of cuatomer care complaints. On 10th dec complain no- C3GSP31210005780

Sir i m student n i m having online tests bcoz of this i m facing a lot of problem. plz take proper action.
