I had placed an order on AJIO worth Rs. 14,879 on 27th June, 2022.
I received a defective product but I was not able to return both. AJIO had purposely blocked my account without any prior information after I placed my order. Upon mailing and calling them for more than 10 times, they replied that my account was blocked due to high returns. As a matter of fact, I hadn’t returned the product yet.
They happily allowed me to order and blocked my account as soon as the order was received. This is the case with many other people in the country – they are just blocking people’s accounts and looting money. What sort of system have they designed? This is just unfair and I request you to take strict action against them.
