Ajio blocked my account because of higher returns while I paid them convenience fee and delivery charges for every order. If the product has size issues or its quality is not good enough, should the customer keep it and not return it ? Ajio gives a silly reason to block my account. Also Ajio doesn’t provide reviews with pics for the customer to know more about the product before ordering it like other shopping sites. I have 1252rs in my Ajio wallet which is now stuck in my ajio account as I can’t place an order now.
These 1252rs is very important for me as I am a student and I do not have more money to buy my stuff for college
