I ordered a product from Ajio.com on 2nd August 2020 and subsequenty received the order in a week, as the product din’t meet my expectations i applied for a return and refund option that was acceped by ajio and it was to be picked up in the next week , but the return executive did not even call or come near my house to pick up the product and i got a message telling that the product coudn’t be picked up and told me to reschedule the order and i did so again after few days i got a message telling that due to lockdown restrictions the return could not be completed even though there are no lockdown restrictions in my area they are giving me that absard reason for which i mailed them telling that please take my order back and refund the amount but still they keep giving the reason of lockdown , recenty i also got another order from ajio. few days back my question is how come they are delivering orders but when it comes to return they give a reason of lockdown , the same case with another order done last week where the pickup is due on 29-08-2020. i kindly request you to take the required action and help me get me refund

I ordered in a Jio app and I returned products due to quality issues and no delivery boy came to pick up my order and products are really cheap I would want to know when the delivery boy is going to pick up my order it’s been two weeks
I order some products in ajio on July 11 and it delivered in July 19. But I didn’t like the product so requested for return but it says that Iam in lockdown area.but now here lockdown has been end but my return request is not proceeded . At 18 August the return date will be end . I call for customer care for more time but attend the call. So please reply me what I do

I had recently ordered a dress on a
Ajio. I didn’t like it’s quality so I opted for a return. But I was out of station on the day when delivery executive came to pick up the parcel . So I had called him to pick it up the next day. He told me to send him another return request. But there is no option for rescheduling the request. Now the product is not getting picked up and it’s quality is really bad . Plz help me

Really this is very frustrating. Ajio if u don’t want apply your return policy then shut off ur disgusting shopping platform.
I ordered a heel and it was not upto my expectation so i applied for return…the Delivery boy called me but i couldn’t answer him due to some reasons…he called again and told me that if i would tell him the pin he would reschedule it to tomorrow but it has been three days he didn’t contact me neither did he come. Worst ever experience

i order a product from ajio from date of 17/12/2021 and it delivered at 23/12/2021 and the product didn’t meet my expectations so i reqested return and the are now showing your return expect pick up date is 27/12/2022 and i mailed them but no response and called them not accepted any representative calls hen what shoul i do now
I had recently ordered dress from Ajio.i got the delivery but I didn’t like the product as it’s not worth the quality and I didn’t get any call regarding the pick up and when I am calling on customer care number they are saying return ID is invalid. Hi people is this helping as same happened with me they have delivered the product but never came for return pickup. It’s been 2 months of calling and raising request but they have still not picked up and not given my amount back.
I ordered something from ajio on 5th of may and applied for return on 16th may..still havent got any reply from ajio and havent picked up the orders also.raised several complaints its 26th may now still havent got any updates from ajio.
I have requested a return on my ajio oder but no has has come to pick it up. It’s been more than 7 days now. Even the ajio customer care is useless.
