Ajio not picking up the return item and not refunding money

Please help me in getting my refund amount of 4991.11. I have ordered a Ferrari style MT7 Zip-front jacket on 30th Jan 2023 through Ajio app and received a defective product on 4th feb 2023 and I had requested for a return through AJIO app and the pickup was scheduled on 11 of the Feb 2023. My return item is not picketd up yet because of this there is a delay is getting my refund back. I tried contacting the customer support of AJIO and they are continously giving me false promises everyday that within 6hours your return item will be picked up. On 12 of feb morning I received a message with the pick up executive’s contact number from the Ajio courier partner ( shadowfax technology ) that pickup of the return item is scheduled and I tried contacting the pickup executive and he misbehaved with me and also told me that he does not work there and also it is a wrong number false informations are also being sent from AJIO’s courier partner. Please help me in getting my refund amount back
