I have purchased many products from AJIO in the month of May 2022, out of which two of them were to returned due to size issues.
2. The products were eligible for return and i filed for the same from the application, the return was accepted by the company and the application also showed “refund will be initiated when product is picked up and found ok”.
3. No one ever came for pick up of the items and the company IVR kept on calling my number twice or thrice a day for reschedule of the pickup but no agent ever came.
4. Now after 10 days company is telling that my pin code is not eligible for pick up, at first the application showed pick up eligible now its showing self ship these double standards of company as per their whims and fancies are not at all in favour of any customer and will effect the transparency of online shopping.
5. I am not in the position to ship the product and i have to leave the station in next three days. Thus there is a financial loss due to whims and fancies of the company and non reflection of correct data on the application/website. You are please requested to take necessary action.
