i had ordered the product from ajio company but due to a product quality issue, i choose to return the product. the return request was accepted by ajio and the return has to be picked up in few days, but after few days there is no one came to pick up my return and when I call to customer support no one is picking the call and then what I saw there was so many fruad call and messages start coming from different number regarding ajio refund who want my bank details and access of my account.
so sir i humbly request you to follow up my complaint as I can say with full confidence that there is going a big fraud by ajio. like they delivered the wrong product and not accepting the returns and call back with fake mobile numbers to get access of our account, my innocent people give the secure detail in a hope of returns.
i also see on icf portal that there are many complaints against ajio/reliance trade similar to my mentioned issue.
i don’t know if you take some action against them or not after knowing that ajio/reliance company, i can only hope that you can take some appropriate action.

I have purchased USPolo Jean but due to manufacturing defect it get torn from the seam after a single use. When I requested the Ajio customer care then they promised to resolve the issue by 5 th of November. But now even after repeated requests no action has been taken they hardly bother to reply the email. My complaint I’d is COM00026364003
