All India Typing Jobs scam and demand for money

I started form filling jobs for All India Typing jobs on 25th February 2020. On 28th February due to health reasons I had to stop doing the work. I contacted them to inform them about the situation and they asked me to provide a medical certificate, which I did. However, on 3rd March, they sent me a mail asking to pay Rs. 12,500. Please help me get out of this trap.

Refund from Zenify – Rs.13,000/- : Ms. Sneha Joshi of Bangalore 560076, Karnataka availed flat rental services from Zenify. While terminating the services, Zenify refused to refund full amount and applied wrong charges. She posted her complaint on ICF portal on 18-02-2018 and the matter was taken up with the company. Refund from Citrus Checkinns – Rs.20,000/-: Mr. Vineet Mampilly of Navsari, Gujarat (Email: vineet.tm[at]gmail.com) paid on 15-04-2013 a sum of Rs.20,000/- on the basis of the vacation packages offered by the representatives of Citrus Checkinns.
