Amazon cancelling order for wrong reason

Today i had purchased one Redmi 4A from Amazon India website. They confirmed me about the delivery. Then after half an hour, they suddenly cancelled my order. After enquiring, they mailed me, that the product has a sale limit of 1 unit per customer. Now they are telling i have used several accounts to place multiple unit. Though i had ordered only 1 unit(as per the seller policy only one unit can be purchased). Neither i had used multiple accounts to buy multiple units.
