I have ordered Mi 6Pro from Amazon in there exchange offer for my wife on Karwachauth as gift . Online order was successful i received message that the packet will be delivered on 29th October. on said date again received a message with OTP and courier boys phone number.
on delivery day courier boy called me from another number not authorised by Amazon in there message, i still guided him way to my home with nearest land mark at that time my wife was alone at home . courier boy called me and said please come on main street which is around 200-300 meters away from my house. i requested him to deliver the same at home as we cant left home vacant. he cancelled my order on the portal by putting comment customer refused to accept the parcel.
this is how AMAZON values your emotions… dont trust them when you want to gift someone some special ocassions.
