Amazon delivery agent not delivering at home location

Amazon delivery agent refused to come at the delivery location. Value: 592

I ordered a product with delivery charges but unfortunately delivery agent refused to come at the location and he told me to come at about 2 kms distance to receive the parcel. After 2 days, I ordered another parcel but unfortunately same thing happened again. Please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible.
