I ordered a MOTO G5S PLUS on sale with exchange scheme. I was supposed to get it on 16 feb 2018,they said it was guaranteed delivery, but I didn’t get it and they asked me to wait. I missed very important meeting because of this. Then website asked me to wait till 20th Feb. I did that as well. Now they are asking me to accept the refund which I don’t want. I want the product which I Asked for coz it was on sale. Its their mistake that they lost this in transit. Why does I have to pay for it.
