Amazon India not giving refund for returned product

My Order date: 28.08.2017. I was buy 2 product from the amazon india but due to the item defect i return the item next day under return policy. The amazon india is not give me my refund last 1 month and they provide me a date to date and not provide my refund in my account. Please I request you to Please give me my refund from the amazon india. The customer care is not help me in the amzon india. My Order no.- 4056065786-9471560

Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010. The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund. Refund from Suitslabel – Rs.990/-: Ms Dilna D, Trivandrum had placed an order for designer kurtis on Suitslabel 06-04-2019 against cash on delivery. Customer received a different product and not the same as shown in the portal and ordered by her. She emailed to them about the discrepancy but there was no response.
