I am a prime member of Amazon and have paid extra membership cost for fast delivery. I have ordered Samsung 32″ smart TV from Amazon on 24th Aug 20 and have amount of ?13,789/-. I have been assured delivery on 12th Sep (16 days later). Today its 16th Sep now, I have still not received my product.
I have tried reaching their customer care centers but no proper solution. I tweeted Amazon, from last 3 days their teams are working on my escalation but I have still not received my product, neither I received any update about it.
