Amazon prime order not delivered even after 7 days

At Amazon on-line shopping site an item Viz. Phillips Beard Trimmer Cordless & Corded for Men vide model no. QT4011/15 was purchased on 27.3.18. As a prime customer the delivery was promised on 28th. The amount of Rs. 1994 was paid on confirming the order. Till date the item has neither been delivered nor money refunded. Upon informing Customer Care, several times, it is only being informed that they are looking into the matter and that some more time ( no specific time mentioned ) will be taken to resolve the issue.

So far neither product nor amount has been delivered or refunded.
