I ordered Motorola G5 plus from amazon India via Amazon prime service which ensures that order will be fulfilled in given time. First thing amazon has delayed order by 2 days. I tried contacting amazon support more than 5 times and each time they keep ensuring me that order is out for delivery and will be delivered by the end of the day but never delivered. When asking from Amazon support for help, they simply refused that they can’t help me. I asked them to check the status with delivery team and help with delivery. So I paid for a service which they were totally unable to provide and caused too much mental stress for me.
I want Amazon India to take full responsibility for this delay, decline of service and doing fraud / misguiding the customer.

Order was delivered 3 days late on 28th Sept and they denied to accept their service fault. As per them , they are just market platform for vendors and can’t help with delivery but they charge you for a service “Prime” in which they assure you delivery in time.
