My wife registered the complaint for the water purifier services on 20th September, 2021, than one service executive visited in afternoon and fixed the issue with the changing of adapter with the MRP 799/- as mentioned on the box.
For that first he asked Rs.1800/- for Adapter + Service charges + GST. with out any invoice, than my wife asked for the invoice than he talk to some one than he arranged for the invoice.
Here I am uploading its invoice and box snapshot with MRP. My wife complaint first on the same toll free number 1800-258-4472 there one lady said that you have to pay with Rs.1800/-.
When I came back in evening I got to know all about that and also the issue was not fixed properly some water leakage was there so complaint again and than the executive again visited on 2nd October,2021.
we demand to either take back the adapter or charge the fair value for that. now they are not ready to give back our money.
