Amount debited but order not placed with Flipkart

I had placed an order for a mobile phone from Flipkart on the 16th Day of Nov 2023 at morning 08:28 am. I made the payment via my Phone Pay. The amount was successfully debited ( deducted ) from my account, but the irder was not placed. Even though the order was not placed over a duration of above 10 hour they have not refunded my debited amount back.
