Loan on card (Credit Card) facility is available online, it shows for Rs.10000/- and 6 months duration we need to pay around 1700/ per month. I tried online to avail loan every time it shows E107 error. Later on March 9th i contacted customer care and requested for loan, it was approved on March 15 and Rs.10000/- added in bill generated statement. On March 16 the loan amount was declined by bank. So never received money. but in the March month statement it was added, i called customer care regarding the issue they told me to pay the balance amount deducting 10000/- . I paid as per their instructions.
Due to non payment of 10000/- my account was kept on hold and i am unable to access it. I had requested many times customer care and keep on sending mails to remove the hold on my account and explaining about
loan amount which i never received.
Today the same amount was auto debited from my SB account and hold is not yet removed. This is causing lot of inconvenience and loosing trust on bank.
