Delivery of Motorola phone – Rs.15999/- : Mr. Charan Hemanth kumar of Bangalore 560064, Karnataka ordered Motorola mobile “moto g71 5g” from the website “motorola.in/” on 23rd September 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered by 27th September 2022. However, even after a week the phone was not delivered and the customer approached ICF on 01-10-2022. The matter was taken up with the company and the customer got delivery on 03-10-2022. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. Refund from Hitplay: Piyushi Gupta (piyushigupta9[at]gmail.com) of Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana had ordered a citrus spritzer-home on 15/05/2013. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund. Repair of Micromax Tab: Mr. Akash Pandey of Rajajipuram, Lucknow 226011, UP submitted his Micromax tablet to their service centre on 11-06-2016 for out-of-warranty service.
