Refund from Spice Jet – Rs.5,908/-: Ms. Bidisha Chakraborty of Barasat – 700126, West Bengal (Email: bidishachakraborty0106[at]gmail.com) cancelled her Spice Jet, Mumbai-Kolkata-Mumbai ticket on 10-06-2014. Even after two weeks she did not get her money back even as Spice Jet kept maintaining the refund has been processed. Replacement of Toshiba laptop battery: Mr. S M Bakshi of Belagavi 590006, Karnataka bought a laptop battery (compatible, not original) for his Toshiba Laptop on 19 March 2017 from Expression Marketing and Services. MakeMyTrip.com fails to pay full refund – Rs.1000/-: Mr. Soutik Das (das.soutik@indiatimes.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Kishore K, Chandanagar, Hyderabad, andhra pradesh Email: kallepu_k(at)yahoo.com bought Dabur honey from satvik shop.com Jan 2 2013 via order no7000018208. They failed to deliver the product even after continuous follow up. They finally said the would refund the money but Mr. Kishore did not get the money.
