Fake offers from Zopnow, not refunding money

I had placed an order on zopnow via their app. Company is giving promo offers to make purchases through them. But after placing order, same got fraudulently cancelled at the date of delivery by them.& they are not even refunding the money for no reason. I am following up from very long with them over …
