Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days. Complaint against ITBC Sweepstakes Scheme – Claim for refund of Rs.31,487/-: Mr. Nadeem Syed of Thane, Maharashtra had participated in the ITBC Sweepstakes Scheme by placing orders worth Rs.31,500/- on 17-03-2010 and 18-03-2010.
