Refund from Ostore24 – Rs.575/-: Bhupendra Juvatkar of Thane – 400605, Maharashtra (Email: bhupen_j[at]hotmail.com) ordered 4 Fa Men Deodorant for Rs575.00 plus Rs. 5 shipping on 20th June, 2013 through Axis Credit card, Order ID is 1116. But he did not receive the product even after a month. He sent Many mails to their support team got no response. He posted his complaint with ICF on 22-07-2013 and subsequently got his refund back on or about 24-07-2013. Thane, Maharashtra - 25.07.2013

Refund from Perfect Value online store – Rs.8,950/- : Mr. Varshil Shah of Ahmedabad 380059, Gujarat placed some orders with Perfect-Value online store. Out of 5 products he received only one that too was damaged. Customer wrote to the company for redressing his grievance but there was no reply from them. Mr. Shah posted his complaint with ICF on 18-10-2021 and the matter was taken up with the company. Customer got his refund by 7/11/2021. Ahmedabad 380059, Gujarat

Complaint against BSNL for not attending to broadband shifting application: Mr Amaresh Chandra Das of Kavoor, Mangalore-15, Karnatak had applied in June 2009 for shifting of his telephone with broadband to his new address. His application remain unattended till 23-09-2009 when he posted his complaint in the Forum. ICF took up the matter with BSNL officials who were kind enough to resolve the issue. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months.
