Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.22,000/-: Mr. Salil Tripathi of Chinchwad, Pune 411019 (Email: saliltripathi.8889[@]outlook.com) ordered an Iphone4 with snapdeal.com on 12th Nov 2014. The product was not delivered even after two weeks and he neither got refund. He was given a wrong AWB bluedart tracking no. Refund from PayTM – Rs.14,995/- : Javed Akhtar of Kota 324005, Rajasthan had ordered “Casio G-Shock GG-1000-1A3DR(G662) Analog digital watch for men” from paytm on 01-11-2017. Complaint against Make My Trip for refund delayed for more than six months – Rs.9,993/-: Claudia Jones of Goa (happyecoclaudia(at)yahoo.co.uk) had to cancel a flight to Thailand on 30-04-2009 that was booked through Make My Trip. She was assured that she would receive a full refund. She did not get the refund even after six(6) months.
