Delivery of Motorola phone – Rs.15999/- : Mr. Charan Hemanth kumar of Bangalore 560064, Karnataka ordered Motorola mobile “moto g71 5g” from the website “motorola.in/” on 23rd September 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered by 27th September 2022. However, even after a week the phone was not delivered and the customer approached ICF on 01-10-2022. The matter was taken up with the company and the customer got delivery on 03-10-2022. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund.
