Complaint regarding wrong debit on Phonepe account

Fraudulent payment deduction. Value: 1000. Today morning i.e. July 6, 2021., a payment of amount Rs 1000.00 has been debited from my account by PhonePe application online. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.10,000/- : Mr. Kakarla Chandra Shekar, Kadapa Dist, Proddatur, AP 516360 had returned WYBER TV to Snapdeal on 28-02-2017 by incurring courier charges, as wrong product was delivered. The customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 08-03-2017 and the matter was taken up with Snapdeal. The customer finally got his money back by 28-03-2017. K. Memory card not delivered by Homeshop18 – Rs.299/-: Satish.R of Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email:satishktg@rediffmail.com) ordered Sandisk 4GB memory card In HOMESHOP18 ON LINE on 16-10-12 and was informed that the same will be delivered in 6 days. Until 2nd November the product was not delivered and Mr. Satish posted his complaint with ICF. The matter was taken up with Homeshop18 and Mr. Satish finally got the refund for the product. Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Refund from Fossil – Rs.2097/- : Vijeta Hegde of Bangalore, Karnataka,560097 purchased an item from Fossil India website (online) on July 22nd 2021 and the item was delivered to her on July 25th 2021. Refund from Yepme – Rs.1,280/-: Mr. Sudhir Jena, Shillong, Meghalaya 793014 (drsudhirkumarjena[at]gmail.com) booked one item through online on dated 04/04/2013 vide order no is 1870949 which was not delivered even after repeated complaints. Therefore on 27.04.2013 he requested them to refund the money but the refund was not forthcoming. He posted his complaint with ICF on 02-05-2013 and finally got his money back by 03-05-2013. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
