Failed payment to NIOS, amount not refunded

On 28th september 2017 i paid for admission in nios d.el.ed. but the admission status say that payment is not made……and i pay it by sbi mastereo debit card throug h citrus pay. sir please help me to refund this type of sum of money which is deducted from my account. Regards, Nios reference id …

MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
