Refund from Ekstop – Rs.1,150/-: Mrs. Dhruti Desai of Mumbai had ordered for 10 kgs moongdal with Ekstop 17-12-2014. Even though payment was made order was not delivered. Refund of affiliate payment by Snapdeal – Rs.11,883/- : Mr. Rahul Aggarwal of Budhlada 151502, Punjab had been promoting Snapdeal products from his site/group as an affiliate. From last 11-12 months he sent over 20-25 mails to Snapdeal affiliate team for dues but till no payment was received. Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days. Refund from Akbar Travels (Rs.4,880): Dr Lopamudra Moharana of Rue La De Lauristan, Pondicherry had posted her complaint on 03-12-2013 regarding non-receipt of refund for the flights cancelled by Air India without any information to the passenger. Mrs. Lopamudra had been communicating over email and telephone with Air India and Akbar travels but refund was not forthcoming. Products from Asian Paints, repairs Rs.1,98,000/- : Mr. Anoop Singh Slathia of Jammu & Kashmir had purchased adhesive chemical from Asian Paints dealer on various dates for laying wall tiles. His wife admited in hospital referred by the attending doctor. Royal sundaram rejected his Hospital Claim saying that their doctor panel thought that there was no need to admit in Hospital.
