Regarding services from great holiday club in Goa

Last year December we have purchased membership from great holiday club in Goa for amount of 170000. When we try to call them for booking they are not responding to our calls…we called the office no, two.employees numbers also but no response…We are contacting them from Aug and till now no call back from them. …
