Refund from Yepme – Rs.1,280/-: Mr. Sudhir Jena, Shillong, Meghalaya 793014 (drsudhirkumarjena[at]gmail.com) booked one item through online on dated 04/04/2013 vide order no is 1870949 which was not delivered even after repeated complaints. Therefore on 27.04.2013 he requested them to refund the money but the refund was not forthcoming. He posted his complaint with ICF on 02-05-2013 and finally got his money back by 03-05-2013. Refund from Shopclues.com – Rs.518/-: Ms. Taniya Roy of Durgapur, West Bengal (misstaniyaroy[@]gmail.com) had ordered for a men’s wool blazer (order no: 21943503) from Shopclues.com on 5-Oct-2014. Complaint against Yatra.com for refund – Rs.2,428/-: Ms. Indirani Rao of Mumbai had booked a ticket on GoAir from Mumbai to New Delhi through Yatra.com.
