Refund from Big Bazaar – Rs.16,089/-: Mr. Suresh Vishwanathan of Mumbai had purchased some goods from Big Bazaar, Nashik Road for an amount of Rs.16089/-. After purchase, his debit card was used to make the payment. At first instance POS machine did not respond and the card was used on another and the payment was made. Refund from Paytm – Rs. 5,828/- : Mr. Mangesh Sable of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra ordered a Fly F50Q (Blk+Slv) (Black) on 28/04/14. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund. He was given an AWB number but it did not exist. He then requested them to cancel the order but rediff.com was not willing to cancel the order.
