Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Refund from Yepme – Rs.1,280/-: Mr. Sudhir Jena, Shillong, Meghalaya 793014 (drsudhirkumarjena[at]gmail.com) booked one item through online on dated 04/04/2013 vide order no is 1870949 which was not delivered even after repeated complaints.
