Negligence by Kutchina to fulfill AMC

Did AMC by Bajoria Appliances Pvt Ltd., Guwahati on 19/10/14 for 3 years on payment of Rs. 3600 by cheque. But they visited only once on 11/06/15 for mandatory checks. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
