Complaint against instagram channel @crockerydecor for non-delivery

Instagram vendor taken money and not delivering product. Fraud Value: 2499. I was cheated and taken money from an Instagram account selling crockery, the handle is @ crockerydecor they tooo money but did not sent the product, the amount is 2499/- they might be cheating so many innocent people all across.. please help. Complaint against mumbai-flower-shop.com for non-delivery – Rs.1,399/-: Mr. Ajay Ojha of Kharadi, Maharastra ordered for bunch of flower worth Rs 1399 on 13th Feb through http://www.mumbai-flower-shop.com/. Although the amount is transfered but flower was never delivered. Mr. Ojha followed up with the site for last 2.5 months but the amount was still not credited to his account. Refund from Yepme.com – Rs.1046/- Amrita Seal of New Alipur, West Bengal (Email: amrita.seal88(at)gmail.com) had ordered Two product in Yepme.com (online shopping) worth Rs.1046. Yepme mailed Mr. Seal that since the product was out of stock they will refund the money. However, till lodging the complaint with ICF on 05-12-2012 he did not receive refund.
