Complaint regarding fake loan and negative cibil report

In my CIBIL Report, I can see there is a DMI Finance loan of 7,05,000/- amount reflecting as loan availed from DMI Finance. I have never taken any such loan neither I have paid any related EMI !!! But this is affecting my loan eligibility as well as my overall credit score. Attached report for …

Refund complaint against MakeMyTrip – Rs.32,444/-: Rahul Lodha & Deepali Jain of Parsiwada, Maharashtra (Email: rahullodha26(at)gmail.com) had booked from Delhi to Leh (on August 3rd 2010) through Make My Trip (MMT) for August 15th , 2010 by Kighfisher. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.11,000/- : Ms. Shrawani silwal of Bangalore booked Spicejet flight for 9thJan 2015. However, the flight was non operational and the booking for both ways got cancelled. Even after a month she did not get refund from Makemytrip or Spicejet. She posted her complaint with ICF on 08-03-2015 and the matter was taken up with MMT. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Complaint against Surya Roshni Ltd. for interest: Ms. Poonam Tyagi of Mumbai-400094, MAHARASHTRA invested in FD with Surya Roshni Ltd. There company delayed the issuance of FDR and upon further pursuing the matter the company sent a cheque for the FDR investment amount though the cheque got dishonored. Complaint regarding ICICI Bank credit card settlement: Mr. Umesh Yawalkar of Pune(info(at)smrtec.com) had posted a complaint with the Forum in connection with his dispute with ICICI Bank credit card account.
