Unfair charging of GST without proper bill

I visited UNITED COFFEE HOUSE, CONNAUGHT PLACE, INNER CIRCLE , NEW DELHI on Nov 06, 2017. Said restaurant charged service charges @ 12% and GST without mentioning the GST number and date on the invoice. Inspite of protesting with them they charged the service charges and GST. Prestige Grinder servicing by TTK: Naveen Kumar, Vaanagaram Road, Athipet, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamilnadu (Email: naveen_5050(at)yahoo.com) had bought a prestige grinder on 16th July 2011. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige. Wrong charges by SBI Card – Rs.26,362/- : Mr. Nagamanoj of Kaggadasapura, Bangalore 560093, Karnataka had converted the entire outstanding on his sbicard credit card to restructuring in the month of Sept 2020. Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Refund from Akbar Travels (Rs.4,880): Dr Lopamudra Moharana of Rue La De Lauristan, Pondicherry had posted her complaint on 03-12-2013 regarding non-receipt of refund for the flights cancelled by Air India without any information to the passenger. Mrs. Lopamudra had been communicating over email and telephone with Air India and Akbar travels but refund was not forthcoming.
