Snapdeal not arranging return pickup, refund

Snapdeal isn’t providing any help, for the last 28 days they are delaying the return pickup due to which i am facing a major refunding problem.The site is particularly blaming the courier services and it also has the bank details, but any necessary actions aren’t been taken and the return pickup is still not done. …
