Siti Broadband is not returning my security deposit

I have taken a connection from your organization. During connection time this company have explained to me that Rs. 2300/- is a security deposit and will be returned while surrendering the connection and modem. But now your customer service team is saying that it was activation charges. I don’t know how Siti Broadband can cheat …
