Complaint against Ondot courier for non-delivery

I have booked a parcel at sriganganagar through Ondot courier for hyderabad on 10 August 2018. Today at 28th after 18 days its not delivered. Online details showing its forward. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails.
