Restaurant charging more than mrp for bottled water

We had a dinner on 21st June 2018 at Palamuru Grill,Kompally Branch and the total bill was 667.00 including GST. But They charged water bottle cost more than MRP and I have asked to restaurent guy regarding this. However, until 25-02-2013 delivery was not made and she did not get any assistance from Houseful in resolving the issue. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. MakeMyTrip makes short-payment of refund amount – Rs.2,064/- Mr. Girish Kumar Khare of Kanpur had posted a complaint with us on 07-07-2009 with regard to the short-payment received from MakeMyTrip towards cancellation of Tatkal Waiting List ticket for Kanpur to New Delhi route. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
