Wrong saree received from Sareelelo

I have booked a saree in sareelelo website with order no 24135 (http://www.sareelelo.in) on 18.11.2017 but I received a different saree on 24.11.2017 which is also damaged. i tried to return back saree but able to reach them through mail. please help me to get ordered saree or Cashback.
