Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. His repeated attempts were in vain. He posted his complaint at ICF on 08-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with parties concerned. Mr. Prabu got his refund by 22-01-2015. Refund from Snapdeal – Rs. 849/-: Mr. Sandeep Gupta, Ballia, UP had purchased USB power bank from Snapdeal for Rs. 849.00 but it turned out to be defective. This order was returned back to Snapdeal on 10 Jan 2017 but there was no refund of money was done from Snapdeal side. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from Valuecart – Rs.2696: Mrs. Satabdi Deb Prasad, Siliguri placed an order for Xiaomi by enrolling with Zestmoney on 27-01-2017. The product was despatched on 30-01-2017 however the customer had cancelled the order immediately on 31-01-2017. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
