Ajio not picking up product, cancelling return request

Ajio luxe is neither picking my product not issuing my refund..product was worth 62,200 rs and i paid it through my credit card …i placed return request in 8/04/2023 but after 4 days they cancelled return request due to their TECHNICAL ISSUE and then i placed other request but then also they are not coming …

Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018.
